The short version

We never sell, rent or share your contact details for marketing. Not with phone or internet companies, not with marketers, not with anyone.
We don’t call or email you unless you contacted us first. Your contact details are only used to reply to your request.
The demo menu sends nothing. Everything you pick in the demo stays in your browser.

1. Who we are

arturbusinesssolutions.ca is run by Artur Guzairov, operating as Artur Business Solutions, British Columbia, Canada (“we”). Questions about your personal information: [email protected].

We follow British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, the federal PIPEDA.

2. What we receive

Only what you send us. If you write to us through the form or by email, we receive your message and the way you chose to be contacted: an email address or a phone number. Adding your business name is up to you.

Technical data. Like any website, our host Cloudflare receives your IP address and device type from your browser so it can show the page and protect the site from attacks. For overall visit statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not follow you across other websites.

We never receive payment card details.

3. Why

to reply to your request and, if we agree to work together, to do that work;
to keep the website running and secure;
to understand, from anonymous statistics, which pages are useful.

We only send newsletters to people who signed up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Consent

By sending us a message, you agree that we can use the contact details you gave us to reply. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Services that help us work

Your information is not passed to anyone except the services the website and our email need in order to work:

Cloudflare — website hosting, security, statistics and email forwarding;
Google (Gmail) — our mailbox;
SMTP2GO — delivers messages sent through the website form.

These companies process data only to provide their services. Some of their servers may be outside Canada, for example in the United States. We will disclose information to others only if the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

messages that don’t lead to working together: as a rule, up to 24 months, then deleted;
correspondence and documents with clients: while the work continues, and business records for as long as Canadian tax rules require, generally six years from the end of the last tax year they relate to;
technical logs: according to the host’s own retention rules.

7. Security

The website only works over HTTPS, and access to messages is restricted. If a security breach happens, we will assess the risk and take the necessary steps, including notifying affected people and regulators when applicable law requires it.

8. Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within the time required by applicable law. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca).

9. Digital menus for restaurants

The demo menu on this website does not send or store any data. If a restaurant uses ordering, payments or analytics through us, its guests’ data is handled on the restaurant’s behalf and under our agreement with it. We will update this policy before such features go live.

We may update this policy. The current version and the date of the last update are always on this page.
